General Conditions

Upon successfully placing an order on our website, a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message will be sent to the registered contact details to confirm that your order has been received.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate and complete, including their name, phone number, and shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or the inability to deliver the order.

Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 6 business days, depending on the customer's location and our order processing procedures. Delivery times may vary during promotional periods, special sales events, or due to circumstances beyond the control of the store or the shipping carrier.

The customer may be contacted by our customer service team or the shipping company to confirm the order or coordinate the delivery date. If the customer requests to postpone delivery, the postponement period must not exceed 3 days from the date of contact by the shipping representative.

If a customer refuses to receive an order without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to take appropriate action, including canceling the order, restricting or disabling the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, or preventing the customer from placing future orders.

Each customer is permitted to maintain only one account on the website. Creating multiple accounts or using more than one account to benefit from the same promotion, discount code, or offer is strictly prohibited. In the event of any violation, the store reserves the right to cancel the related orders, suspend the accounts involved, or restrict access to future promotional offers.

Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to request the cancellation of an order within 24 hours from the date of purchase, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping stage.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. Any subsequent requests for returns or exchanges will be subject to the store’s Return & Exchange Policy.
